Every now and then I get people asking about what happened in the movie, or people on YouTube making up names for transportation. Stuff like that. So just for the hell of it, I'll make a list of just..er..."facts"? that happened in the movie.

-Knuckles brooding. He really should not have been acting all depressed. I was just so happy to have official voice clips, I thought it would work. Besides that yeah he was relaxing.

-NAZO APPEARING

Now how the hell did Nazo just pop up from the Cyan Chaos Emerald (I purposely chose that emerald because of Nazo's color). I probably should have changed this, but a little retcon here and there won't hurt...Like he said in part 3, the Chaos Emeralds' negative energy increase when it is used for evil. Over time, the energy began to condense, until it was able to manifest in to a being.

****Why a Hedgehog?

Sonic and Shadow are constantly using and harnessing the Emeralds, so the energy donned a Hedgehog form.


****Nazo's initial personality/outlook/abilities

Nazo was not born and has no idea where he is. He has all the information the Chaos Emeralds have, so he knows who all the characters are and what abilities they have used, even if it's a little fuzzy.

As pure negative energy, he is destructive. Why did he not kill Knuckles at first sight? He may not have been strong enough at the time to take on Knuckles, since he only had one Chaos Emerald. He also has a sliiiight sense of respect for Knuckles, being the guardian and all.

When he gets the Silver Emerald, he becomes more powerful, so he tests he new power out by blowing up a city. He continues gathering all the emeralds but can not find the green emerald yet. He had just found the red emerald (making it up) in the badlands when Sonic and the other found him. When Shadow appeared, he had saved Nazo the trouble of finding HIM.

Nazo could shoot energy blasts and use Chaos Control. He was pretty fast naturally, but not nearly as fast as Sonic or Shadow. He relied usually on Chaos Control when speed was a priority. He was also physically powerful (stronger than Shadow), as seen when he backhanded Knuckles. He is pretty resilient, but Knuckles Maximum Heat Attack was able to snap his neck, so Nazo was not impervious to the heroes' normal states. However, it was his healing factor that posed the issue.

****Why did Shadow use a GUN?

That I did intentionally . It was a joke/jab at the Shadow the Hedgehog game, since I think giving Shadow weapons is redundant.

****Dark Super Sonic

Sonic's friends could have all been dead. It's hopeless. Nazo is about to kill him. Hate and fear come over Sonic and he wants nothing more than to see Nazo dead, so he transforms in to Dark Super Sonic. Now this is FAKE and has NOT been in the video games (yet), though they did something like this in Sonic X, Nazo Unleashed is NOT based on that universe.

But Dark Super Sonic is much stronger than Super Sonic, as seen when he could easily block Nazo's full-powered punch. However, it would have eaten away at him had he stayed in it longer, and it's just not in Sonic's nature. Also, it would have been PHYSICALLY IMPOSSIBLE for DSS to beat Nazo. The idea behind destroying Nazo is "neutralizing" him. Since DSS is negative energy, it would be impossible for him to completely destroy Nazo, so Sonic would have either died by the transformation's erosion or when he ran out of energy.

****Super Sonic

Sonic had plenty of rings, and was dramatically faster than Nazo, but Nazo was still rather strong, being able to punch Sonic right out of his Super form. Shadow foolishly tried to sneak up on him in his normal form, but after being swatted away (okay I really did this for dramatic effect), he transformed in to Super Shadow. Having superior melee abilities, Shadow rocks Nazo (I drew over a DBZ clip to choreograph Shadow's attacks :/).

***Super Shadow

At this point, Shadow's fire power is almost as good as Nazo's but he is now essentially equal in brute strength. Again, Nazo gets his ass kicked, but is healed. Also, that rapid blue energy attack was an attack from Shadow the Hedgehog, called "Chaos Arrows". In the Last Boss, Super Shadow can rapidly shoot small blue energy blasts, or charge it into a Chaos Spear.

***Super Light Speed Attack

Super Sonic and Super Shadow charge a Light Speed Attack, sharply increasing their speed to the point Nazo has no time to react to their blows. This sets up Super Sonic's eagle kick (from Sonic Battle...NOT INFLUENCED FROM NARUTO). They were hoping an attack of such velocity would utterly destroy Nazo, so they dropped their guard. Nazo took advantage of this and teleported the emeralds back to the Island, rising it up since they were put back in their correct place.

*****Perfect Nazo

With all the 7 Emeralds and the Master Emeralds in the shrine, Nazo could unlock his true potential by becoming complete, calling himself Perfect Nazo (ala Perfect Chaos, NOT PERFECT CELL). The rings on his wrists are symbols of his power. At this point, he is ridiculously strong. The infuriated Super Sonic can not even phase him with his attacks. He blasted out of his Super form by one attack and barely survives.

Super's Shadow energy attack also proves futile.

****Super Chaos Control

Perfect Nazo introduced a new form of Chaos Control. It is MUCH faster than Chaos Control, so when Super Shadow used CC, Nazo used SC, making SS seem like slow motion. I made SC look and sound different (negative area, different sound) than CC (blue glow and sound from the games).

****Dark Super Shadow

Yep. Shadow went into his Dark Super form when Nazo pissed him off. His power limiters popped off, unleashing all his energy. In the game Shadow the Hedgehog, you must fill Shadow's 'Dark' Meter, and when you do, he glows red and can use Chaos Blast (you can do this in his Super Form in the game too ). So I applied and exaggerated this in my movie. This means Shadow is much more in control of his Dark Super form than Sonic, and will not erode from it. The negative energy will not kill Nazo, but Shadow does not care. Nazo lets him charge up out of curiosity. Shadow combined Chaos Control and Chaos blast, but during the explosion, Nazo teleported away and teleported back to attack an exhausted Shadow.

****Hyper Shadic

With both Shadow and Sonic creepings towards death, the voice of Tekal from the Master Emerald speaks to Sonic and Shadow, explaining to them a way of "unifying" the chaos energy. Their connection to the Master Emerald (Tikal) transforms the Chaos Emeralds in to Super Emeralds, something that is impossible for Nazo to do.

At this point, Hyper Shadic is the combined consciousness of Sonic and Shadow, as well as their powers. Hyper Shadic is much much faster than Perfect Nazo and is almost as strong. His ring rate is burning extremely fast however, even Nazo could sense him becoming weaker. Nazo took the chance to use the new source of negative energy from the Super Emeralds and became Hyper Perfect Nazo, who has now completely out classed Hyper Shadic.

****Nazo's goal

He reveals to the heroes that he wants to be the strongest source of energy in the world, absorbing the energy in stars through the universe. The problem is, there may be an finite amount of stars, while the Master Emerald has infinite energy. Not only does the idea of always being second place to the ME infuriate him, but the Master Emerald still holds domain over Nazo since he is made out of Chaos Energy. The only way to fix this is to blow it up, which would also blow up the Earth.

****AUTHOR'S ERROR*******

I really, really, really, really should have incorporated the ME in to Nazo's destruction. I mean I kind of did when it activated the Super Emeralds, but still. The idea of Nazo being defeated by his 'rival' would have made more sense...Maybe I'll fix that one day.

***Powerstruggle

Hyper Perfect Nazo charged his most powerful attack: Galaxy Destroyer. Shadic in turn gathered all the rings in the world (like a gigantic lighting/magnetic shield) to launch his Billion Ring Attack. People held out there own rings to help Shadic. While Shadic was winning at first, Nazo just had so much more Chaos energy that he simply added more to his attack, nearing inches from impacting Angel Island.

****Hyper Knuckles and Super Tails

Why did they not transform sooner? Dramatic effect...Also, since they can not use Super Chaos Control, they could have never kept up with Nazo and Shadic. Nazo was defenseless while holding back Shadic's beam, so they decided to transform while Nazo could not move so much. Hyper Knuckle's strength is comparable to HYPER perfect Nazo, so Nazo had a reason to worry. With him distracted, Shadic could force his energy through the ball as Tails used his super launching move from Sonic Heroes to give Knuckles a dramatic amount of momentum, slamming Nazo in to Shadic's beam.

****Nazo's void.

Nazo still had energy drifting about, and was recovering inside an extra dimensional void, on accessible through Super Chaos Control. Shadic, dangerously low on energy as he almost reverted to his normal state, pursues Nazo. Nazo is very unstable at the point, allowing Shadic to remove the negative energy from him and put it back in to the Super emeralds. Shadic absorbs the restored S. Emeralds and reaches Full Power, sporting a white glow. He neutralizes Nazo in to his normal state and finally obliterates him in to nothingness, completely neutralizing the positive and negative energy in the emeralds. I guess you could call that attack "Chaos Neutralize"?
